GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACT

Original works are welcomed to be submitted for electronic poster or video presentations. |

The abstract must be submitted electronically via website: www.icds-hk.org. The deadline for submission of abstracts is 31 December 2008. Late submission will not be considered. |

The 1st author should fill in personal particulars. |
| 4. |
The abstract shall be in English and contained within 200 words. Please make the abstract as informative as possible, including: (a) State specific objects of study; (b) State methods used, if pertinent; (c) Summarize results obtained; (d) State conclusions reached. NOTE: It is not adequate to state: ‘The result will be discussed’. |

Upon completion, please press ‘submit’ button. An acknowledgment of receipt with a unique abstract no. will be sent to the author. |

For selected papers, the author will be informed by 7 January 2009. They are requested to prepare a electronic poster or video presentation in the ICDS2009. Award for Best Paper will be presented. |
